When accepting, confirming, fulfilling, and being paid for orders, you will see the status of these orders change throughout this process.
In this article, we will go over each status as well as any actions you need to take to ensure you are paid out properly.
There are seven different statuses that an order will move through:
- Created
- Accepted
- Confirmed
- Preparing
- Picked Up
- In Delivery
- Delivered
In some cases, you may also see an order labeled as "Rejected".
Pending
When there is a new order coming in, you will see it as “Pending” indicating that the order has yet to be reviewed by your team and is pending your acceptance or rejection:
To accept the order: Click into the order page and select “Accept”. This will automatically notify the retailer that their order is processing.
*If you are confident to accept all orders requested, you can also change your setting to “auto accept orders” to accept every order coming in.
To Reject the order: Click the "Reject" button on the right hand side of the order page and fill in your rejection reason. This will automatically notify the retailer that their order has been rejected and will not be fulfilled.
Confirmed order: Once the order is accepted and retailer made their payment, order status will be changed to “Confirmed”.
Preparing order: Once the order is confirmed and no rejections from our admins, it will be changed to “Preparing order” until you schedule a pickup.
Picked up: Once you schedule a pickup, you will need choose a time to pickup with our logistic partner. When the order is picked up, order status will automatically change to “Picked Up”.
In Delivery: Once your order is sent to the logistic partner warehouse and verified by their warehouse staff, the order status will be changed to “In Delivery”.
Delivered: Once your order has been delivered to the retailer and verified by our logistic partner, the order status will be changed to “Delivered”.
* There is a possibility that your order status will be changed to “Rejected” by our logistic partner due to shipping compliance(e.g. Dangerous goods are being sent, but declared as regular items).
