Markato will notify you via email every time you receive a new order. The notification will be sent to the email address connected to your Markato account.
Your Markato dashboard will also be updated with the new order details. You can view the information by logging into your Markato account and clicking on Orders.
Once you have reviewed and are happy to accept the order, you can click on Accept. Brands are required to take action on an order within 24 hours of receiving the notification.
Note: if no action is taken by the brand once the 24 hours have passed, Markato will automatically accept the order on behalf of the brand.
If you do not think the retailer is the right fit for your brand or if you do not have enough stock to fulfill this order, you can click on Reject and provide a reason for the rejection.
Note: The rejection reason is only for Markato's internal reference.
Automatically accept orders
Brands also have the option to automatically accept orders. You can select this option by clicking on Settings on the navigation bar, and toggling on Auto accept orders.
